As Christians we realize there is an endless frontier before us.
There is always greater depths we can explore in our faith.
And if we were truly honest with ourselves, we’d realize that we haven’t arrived, we don’t have it all figured out, there are ways we can grow in our understanding of Scripture and intimacy with Jesus Christ.
Let me restate that: we haven’t arrived. There is more. Much more!
Many of us would say we need help in our prayer lives. For others of us we’d admit that we don’t really know how to study the Bible like we want to—or if we do study, we don’t get much out of it. Still others of us would confess that though we know it’s important, we don’t love others like Jesus did, rather we are harsh, judgmental, unkind, and selfish at times.
Is there any hope?
Yes. Yes there is.
One of the aims of deeperChristian is to address many of the areas that we as Christians know we should be farther along in, but find ourselves “stuck.”
Now that schedules have calmed down, I’ve been working on my posting schedule for the next several months, coming up with some great ideas—but I realized, why not ask YOU what you want addressed. While I could guess at areas most believers struggle with, why not plan my schedule around the actual issues you find yourself “stuck” in.
So … what is the ONE thing you are missing in your Christian life? What is one key area that you want to grow and develop more than anything else? What do you struggle with that you need help getting unstuck?
I’d love to help and give Biblical, practical advice you can apply right away.
