I love the idea of the endless pursuit of Jesus Christ. deeperChristian was built upon the idea to encourage and equip believers to continue pressing onward and upward (deeper might be the better term here) in their Christian lives. Oh to know Christ more!
Andrew Murray is one of those men from history past that constantly challenges me to pursue the high calling of Christ. His words are a balm to the soul, a challenge to the heart, and a stimulus to the mind. Though incredibly simple and straightforward, his words are full of depth. He reminds me a lot of the Gospel writer John.
Murray’s book The Deeper Christian Life is a wonderful classic and one of my favorites. Though I found and read this book after I started the deeperChristian website, it is a fitting book for the heart of this ministry.
We are releasing a special deeperChristian version of this book in paperback later this month and we wanted to give away 7 copies for this month’s book giveaway.
The PDF version is already available for free in the resource library and the ebook versions should be available by the end of the month, but there is something special about holding a physical copy in hand.
