We live in uncertain times.
Lawlessness, deception, fear, and darkness is increasing. There is confusion and undermining of the American election process. Covid seems to be on the increase.
What are we to do?
Do we fear? Do we fall into fetal position and moan? Do we throw in our hats? Do we give up?
Corrie ten Boom is often quoted as saying, “Never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God.”
What if this was the season where we trust our God? What if this was time we stand strong, walk fearless, and rejoice always?
Paul is clear that in EVERY circumstance and situation we are to rejoice, be thankful, and have no anxiety or fear (see Ephesians 5:20; Philippians 4:4-7; Colossians 3:7; 1 Thessalonians 5:16–18).
This is our hour to be Christians … to be BELIEVERS in Him and the authority and promise of His Word … to trust in Him every moment and in every circumstance.
Let us never be afraid to trust this unknown-uncertain time to our God that we do know. He is King of kings and Lord of lords (and we don’t have to vote on that).
Praying you stand strong and immovable in Jesus in this season,
Nathan
