All Scripture is a revelation of our Lord and King, Jesus Christ. Every page in the Old Testament points forward to Christ, and Him crucified … and every page in the New Testament points back to that wondrous work.

It has often been said that the New Testament is hidden within the Old Testament, and the Old Testament is seen and unveiled in the New.

And when you begin to see Jesus on “every page,” as you encounter His majesty and glory woven throughout the entirety of Scripture, you’ll find your heart burning as the disciples on the road to Emmaus did (see Luke 24:27, 32).
