One of my favorite things to do while reading Scripture is to see Jesus on every page.
The entire Bible, from Old to New, is about a single Person and His salvific work upon the Cross. Everything points toward Him.
Years ago, several friends of mine went through the Bible and compiled a 30-day Christ-centered journey through Scripture, entitled The Glorious Story of Scripture. Only using Scripture, this melody from Genesis to Revelation points to the King and His Kingdom – and it truly is breathtaking as it reminds us that it is all about Jesus Christ.
